About Nutrition Counselling
What to Expect at Your First Visit
During a first nutrition counseling session, a dietitian will take time to understand the client’s health goals, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any medical history relevant to nutrition. Together, they’ll set achievable goals and outline a personalized plan, offering initial guidance on small, manageable changes that fit into the client’s daily routine. This session establishes a foundation for continued support, helping the client build healthier habits over time.
